French Valley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in French Valley, CA and surrounding Riverside County communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work.
Services are performed by licensed and insured contractors. All work is subject to the specific terms outlined in the written service agreement provided to you before work begins. The website is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential customers to request estimates. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an in-person assessment of the work area. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in the written service agreement signed before work begins.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate, if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, or if materials costs change significantly before a service agreement is executed. We will notify you of any changes before beginning work.
Service appointments are scheduled after a written service agreement is signed and, where applicable, a deposit is received. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment times. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations depending on the terms of your agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods as specified at the time of service agreement.
Accounts that are not paid within the timeframe specified in the service agreement may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for non-payment. In the event of a dispute over payment, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter directly before pursuing any other remedy.
Any warranties on labor or materials will be described in the written service agreement for your specific project. Warranties are limited in scope and duration as stated in that agreement.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
